Considering how long it can take to get a character from Level 1 to Level 80, fast WoW leveling is always a major topic of conversation for World of Warcraft Players. Can you deviate from the Talent Build that the guide developers used? Of course you can. They may recommend that you use a particular build, but that’s all. Certain quests might go differently if you use a different build, or certain steps might be harder than they are in the guide. And who knows. Some stuff might actually be easier, faster, or just work out better with a different build than is used in the guide.
Let’s tie this all together. Choosing an effective Talent Build will definitely help your character level faster. If you’re using a leveling guide to get your character to the higher levels faster, using a Talent Build similar to the one they used to develop the guide will make it easier to follow the exact path they laid out. However, you shouldn’t feel like you have to exactly replicate your guide’s recommended build. Doing your own thing may make it a little harder (or in rare cases easier) to follow the guide, but won’t keep you from leveling your character quickly.
